Delicious Feijoa Ice Cream Only 3 Ingredients
This delicious Feijoa Ice Cream is creamy, refreshing, and unbelievably easy to make. With just three simple ingredients, it’s the perfect way to enjoy feijoa season without any complicated steps or special skills

- 2 cups ripe feijoa pulp scooped out
- 1 cup thick cream whipping cream or heavy cream
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk Optional: adjust condensed milk to taste if you prefer it more or less sweet.
Cut about 10 feijoas in half and scoop the pulp with a spoon. Put the pulp into a large measuring cup.
You should have around 2 cups of feijoa pulp. Use a stick blender to make a feijoa puree.
Add a little bit of lemon juice (optional) and set to the side.
Place the feijoa pulp into a blender or food processor. Add the thick cream and sweetened condensed milk.
Bend the cream and condensed milk for a minute until well combined.
Pour in the feijoa puree and gently fold it in with a spatula.
Pour the mixture into a container suitable for freezing, secure the lid, and leave it in the freezer for approximately 4 hours.
Optional: After 2 hours, I like to churn the ice cream with a large spoon.

To make the ice cream without an ice cream churner
Follow the steps to the churning stage.
Pour the ice cream into a freezer proof storage container and put into freezer.
Every hour or so remove ice cream from freezer and whisk quickly to break up lumps and icy edges.
Repeat this three or four times or until ice cream is think and the approximate consistency of strained yogurt.
Once at this stage leave in freezer for a further hour or two to finish firming up.
